- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future insights into market-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging futures
- Oversee implementation of innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven future impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and systemic change modeling
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation domains (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience leading high-stakes transformation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
