Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and emerging opportunities
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and future-state strategy development
- Translate foresight insights into product development pipelines and market entry strategies
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Quantify future risks and opportunities through data-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with compelling visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and managing R&D partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technology domains
