Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Produce scenario-based forecasts and risk assessments for 2026 market landscapes
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present future visions to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record developing future-ready strategies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM)
