Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their enterprise implications
- Design and implement foresight methodologies including scenario planning and horizon scanning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech or Fortune 500 environments
