Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 partners
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for exponential technology adoption
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and global innovation summits
- Author white papers on the future of work, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Oversee a $15M innovation portfolio with 30+ portfolio companies
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Proven track record of launching $10M+ innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Exceptional public speaking skills with 50+ keynotes delivered
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovation frameworks
