Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate innovation ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with market disruption forecasts
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with futurists, engineers, and policymakers
- Author thought leadership on societal implications of technological singularity
- Build and manage a global network of innovation scouts and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (peer-reviewed journals)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and systems thinking frameworks
- Experience advising governments or multinational bodies on tech policy
