Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance and database efficiency.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Testing: Implement unit and integration tests to ensure robustness and reliability of the software.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Vue.js, and Node.js or Python.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
