Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead Kubernetes deployments and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into robust solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes
- Conduct performance tuning and security audits of production systems
- Drive innovation through technical prototyping and PoCs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with Java and cloud-native technologies
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
