Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps by analyzing technological, economic, and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-forward solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight into product development and market entry strategies
- Measure innovation impact through KPIs and ROI frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend mapping methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Experience building innovation labs or corporate venturing functions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
