Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across technology, economics, and cultural shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight scenarios through executive presentations and stakeholder workshops
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability megatrends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight into measurable KPIs and strategic initiatives
- Advise C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in rapidly evolving markets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSFI, WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
