Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-cultural shifts, and geopolitical trends to map future scenarios (2026-2035)
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-forward solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into development pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at premier innovation conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, Technology, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Proficient in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts or implemented innovation strategies
