Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for 2026 market evolutions
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership reports on next-generation business models
- Build cross-functional coalitions to drive innovation adoption across global markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or technology consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario-planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on future technologies or societal shifts
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience leading cross-organizational innovation initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
