Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating blockchain, metaverse, and neurotech
- Present future insights to executive boards via immersive AR/VR presentations
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum computing and synthetic biology leaders
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 7+ years strategic foresight experience
- Portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting with 85%+ accuracy rate
- Expertise in scenario planning, SWOT analysis, and Delphi methodology
- Published thought leadership in tech/societal evolution journals
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, Trend Hunter)
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF) preferred
