Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks to guide R&D investments and product development pipelines
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions using emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and stakeholders to drive decision-making
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future-focused topics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical, systems thinking, and scenario planning skills
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
