Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) to map 2026 market opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with robotics, VR, and blockchain teams
- Author '2026 Horizon Reports' distributed to 50+ global decision-makers
- Design ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' summit featuring Nobel laureates and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy consulting or tech innovation
- Published work on exponential technologies (IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP-EL, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful trend-to-product pipelines
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and biotech convergence points
- Fluency in at least two future-focused programming languages (Python, R)
- Experience advising C-suite on 10-year strategic planning horizons
