- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Design and facilitate futures-thinking workshops across departments
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive trends
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to embed foresight into decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or consulting with proven trend analysis track record
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking abilities
- Published thought leader in future-focused publications
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-to-strategy translation projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
