Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap through market trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead ideation workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and emerging technology assessments (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and investor boards
- Manage innovation incubation programs with $5M+ annual budget
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track innovation portfolio ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, synthetic biology) and adoption curve analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation portfolio
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures research
- Experience scaling innovation programs from concept to market launch
