- Architect human-centered innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Present strategic foresight findings to board members and key stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and agile innovation methodologies
- Author industry whitepapers on future-of-work and digital transformation trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of implementing future-back innovation frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
