Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovation frameworks that integrate AI, quantum computing, and climate resilience strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions and prototype future-facing concepts
- Partner with product teams to translate foresight insights into scalable commercial opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Establish thought leadership by publishing trend reports and representing the company at global forums
- Mentor innovation teams in design thinking methodologies and future-proofing techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of launching transformative products or services in emerging tech sectors
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CPSI, CIMP) or futures certification (e.g., CFIP)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
