Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop quantitative scenario models for climate resilience, AI governance, and bio-integration
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive stakeholders and investor briefings
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable circular economies and ethical automation
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University partners
- Oversee implementation of future-proofing strategies across 15 global business units
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or UN-level organizations
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in systems dynamics modeling and Monte Carlo simulations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on enterprise innovation roadmaps
- Clearances for DOE/NASA-level classified technology assessment projects
