Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published research in exponential technologies or climate resilience
- Track record of scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and blockchain validation systems
- Security clearance preferred for federal collaboration projects
