Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for our 2026 product roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and predictive modeling.
- Design and implement scalable microservices architectures using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into core business workflows.
- Drive technical excellence by establishing coding standards, review processes, and best practices for AI deployment.
- Optimize system performance, security, and reliability to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for future integration.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face).
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and real-time data processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
