Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 AI Roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing of our core systems.
- Prototype and validate emerging AI models, including next-gen Large Language Models and Autonomous Agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic data strategies into current production pipelines.
- Establish coding standards and architectural patterns that will define our engineering culture in 2026.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and strategic thinking.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research on cutting-edge technologies to keep our stack ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, with a portfolio demonstrating advanced model deployment.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects and defining long-term technical strategies.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and responsible data governance.
