Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotechnology, nanotechnology, and decentralized systems
- Partner with product teams to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and industry forums at global tech summits
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-viable technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms and market disruptions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with technology impact assessment and market adoption forecasting
- Strong presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
