Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to develop patent-pending solutions for next-gen markets
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with $2B+ revenue growth objectives
- Establish strategic alliances with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and leading global research institutions
- Drive implementation of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles across all products
- Present disruptive innovation blueprints to board members and key investors quarterly
- Mentor a team of 15+ PhD researchers and engineers in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 10+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact (provide case studies)
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies, including Delphi analysis and technology horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes for AI ethics, quantum security, and climate tech
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published author in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, or equivalent)
- Experience leading global R&D teams with distributed talent across 3+ continents
