Responsibilities

- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Mentor a team of futurists and researchers while cultivating an experimental, fail-fast culture
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess implications for future product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with proven impact on innovation cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI, or next-gen infrastructure
