Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Models: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art neural networks focused on scalability and efficiency.
- Optimize Performance: Implement inference optimizations to ensure low-latency, high-throughput AI applications in production environments.
- Research Leadership: Conduct deep research into emerging architectures such as Transformers, Diffusion models, and reinforcement learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into robust AI solutions.
- Code Quality & Standards: Establish and maintain high coding standards, documentation, and CI/CD pipelines for AI models.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation strategies, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex optimization problems and improve model accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder updates.
