The Role
We are seeking an expert in deep learning and generative models to spearhead our research division. You will be responsible for designing algorithms that mimic human cognition and deploying them at scale.
Responsibilities
- Research & Development: Lead the design and implementation of novel deep learning architectures for autonomous systems and generative AI models.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for inference speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency, specifically targeting edge deployment scenarios.
- Prototyping: Build and validate proof-of-concept (PoC) systems for the 2026 roadmap, including predictive analytics and natural language processing engines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate theoretical research into scalable production code.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Publication: Author high-impact papers and contribute to open-source AI communities to establish thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in research, development, or engineering roles within top-tier tech companies or AI labs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong understanding of neural networks, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with MLOps frameworks (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
