Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech practices
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to MVP launch
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate breakthrough technologies into core products
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling SaaS products or enterprise tech solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or spatial computing
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, white papers, or industry talks)
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets
