Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmap aligning with 2026 global market trends
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics)
- Lead strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and executive stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation and resource optimization
- Mentor innovation lab teams in prototyping future-forward solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis in disruptive tech sectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech ventures
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration
