As a key architect of our 2026 roadmap, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and startup ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities. Your strategic foresight will directly shape our $2B innovation pipeline and position us as the undisputed leader in next-generation technology adoption.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) to develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and integrate disruptive startups into our ecosystem
- Present quarterly technology impact assessments to the Board of Directors
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Coordinate with government agencies on policy development for emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, genetic engineering, or decentralized AI
- Track record of launching billion-dollar technology initiatives
- Published researcher or patent holder in futuristic technologies
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
