Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, biotech integration, etc.)
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic impact and ROI of future-focused initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps from concept to market leadership
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
