Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory changes affecting tech strategy
- Build relationships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 3-5 year vision cycles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech) and market adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar strategic technology certification
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
