- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Anticipate global tech trends and disruptions through market research and horizon scanning
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Drive strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services (3+ examples)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, climate tech, or biotech
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex future concepts
- PhD in relevant field or MBA from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
