Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ horizon, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps and innovation portfolios to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical innovation practices across technology initiatives
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
