- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience with predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or Master's in Technology Management preferred
