- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for future technology exploration
- Build strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in future trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing fundamentals
- Experience managing distributed technical teams and complex projects
