Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional labs prototyping 2026-era innovations (AI governance frameworks, decentralized networks)
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and global climate initiatives
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies with $100M+ market potential
- Present future-tech strategies to C-suite executives and government advisory boards
- Mentor PhD researchers and startup incubators in our 2026 Innovation Ecosystem
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems and autonomous technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Emerging Technology (or equivalent 10+ years experience)
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI solutions from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three 2026-niche technologies: neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or fusion energy
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier tech journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private R&D funding
- Fluency in 2026-tech stack: QASM, neuromorphic SDKs, and climate modeling APIs
