Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and executive briefings on future technology adoption curves
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments aligned with long-term vision
- Analyze geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on future business models
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Present findings to stakeholders and board members through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business roadmaps
- Strong proficiency in horizon scanning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
