Responsibilities

- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio including AI, quantum computing, and biotech ventures
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-driven scenario planning
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI optimization
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate breakthrough startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Future Studies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan preferred)
- Fluency in at least two of: Python, R, or advanced data visualization tools
