- Drive innovation through R&D investments and startup ecosystem engagement
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the executive board
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging tech adoption and ethical implementation
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and innovation pipeline health
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI, or biotech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools and technology impact assessment
- Deep network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems and research institutions
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
