Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, Web3, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and disruption threat assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience securing $5M+ technology budgets
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy publications
