Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging market disruptors
- Develop innovation frameworks for exponential growth in regulated industries
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and acquire breakthrough startups
- Present strategic vision to board members and industry consortiums
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and adoption velocity
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in exponential tech domains
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Web3, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Tech Review
- Experience managing >$50M innovation budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFP) and Technology Architecture
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
