Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, IoT)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough innovations and competitive opportunities
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical tech adoption and digital transformation
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech roles (PhD or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with $10M+ impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, WFS)
- Strong analytical skills with data modeling and scenario planning expertise
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, or conferences)
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or German preferred
