Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR) for commercial viability and integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and venture capital firms
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and technology acquisitions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or venture capital
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and market analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
