Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and governance policies
- Track record of launching technology products with global impact
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budget management
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals a plus
