Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI of strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Oversee the development of ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Certification in strategic technology planning (e.g., CTO Academy, IEEE) preferred
