Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, metaverse) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and ROI measurement across innovation pipelines
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech forecasting (quantum/AI/metaverse)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience with enterprise-level digital transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive/technical audiences
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology management preferred
