Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive technologies with real-world applications
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market research to identify first-mover advantages
- Develop comprehensive business cases for new technology investments with ROI projections
- Spearhead partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech incubators for early-stage tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure impact on business objectives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products/services with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market sizing and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing multi-million dollar tech innovation budgets
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, CIO) or innovation methodologies preferred
