Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and market impact
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into core offerings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to enterprise level
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, decentralized systems
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management (e.g., CTO Academy)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards with executive-level communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (white papers, patents)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
